RANT: If you're looking to hire a freelance photographer and ask them for a quote - and they ask you if there is a budget you're needing to work within - just tell them what it is rather than playing games. I'm in a funk today because I had a potential client tell me a straight up lie on the phone at the expense of both his and my time - and my sense of tranquility.
